Bonus Scheme: Bonus Incentive

Company: EG On The Move

About the role:

We’re seeking a driven and highly organised Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of EV charging infrastructure projects across our EV On The Move portfolio. In this role, you’ll take responsibility for the full project lifecycle, from site identification and feasibility through design coordination, DNO applications, procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover, ensuring every site goes live safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget. You’ll act as the central link between internal stakeholders, contractors, OEMs such as Tesla and other charging partners, landlords, and consultants to keep projects moving smoothly and to the highest standards. This is a key opportunity to shape the growth of our EV network, enhancing charger uptime, utilisation, and overall performance across NTI, KDR, and third‑party locations while supporting launch readiness, safety compliance, and continuous improvement across the programme.

This role requires the ability to communicate in French, both verbally and in writing, to support collaboration with partners and stakeholders across French‑speaking regions.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage the end‑to‑end delivery of multiple EV charging infrastructure projects, from feasibility and design through installation, commissioning, and handover.
  • Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, capacity checks, and support opportunity evaluation for internal and third‑party locations.
  • Develop and maintain project programs, budgets, forecasts, risk assessments, and commercial controls.
  • Coordinate all design, civils, electrical, signage, and associated works, ensuring seamless collaboration with contractors, suppliers, and OEMs.
  • Oversee DNO applications, load assessments, connection offers, and energisation timelines to support project delivery.
  • Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, CDM requirements, planning conditions, and relevant industry standards.
  • Monitor project progress, manage dependencies, escalate risks, and maintain accurate financial tracking including POs, invoices, and capitalisation data.
  • Lead procurement and management of contractors for groundworks, electrical installation, and commissioning activities.
  • Support operational readiness by preparing handover documentation, coordinating pre‑go‑live inspections, and aligning with marketing and operational teams for launch.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analysing performance, identifying efficiencies, optimising site delivery processes, and supporting charger uptime and utilisation across the network.
