About the role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to produce visually compelling designs that support our brand, marketing, and communication objectives at EG On the Move. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will translate ideas and concepts into high‑quality, engaging visual assets across both digital and print platforms, ensuring consistency and impact across all touchpoints.

What you’ll do:

• Design and produce high‑quality visual content for marketing materials, social media, digital platforms, and print collateral.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team and internal brands to interpret creative briefs and deliver effective, on‑brand design solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong brand consistency across all design projects and channels.
• Create engaging layouts, graphics, and illustrations that align with project objectives, brand guidelines, and deadlines.
• Prepare and finalise artwork for both digital and print production, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Review, revise, and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising workloads to meet agreed deadlines.
• Design and create creative assets for the company website, monthly newsletter, social media channels, and employee discount app.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with hands‑on use of tools such as Canva, FlippingBook, Immich, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). 
• A strong portfolio demonstrating high‑quality design work across digital and print media.
• Solid understanding of design principles, including typography, colour theory, layout, and brand consistency.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and adapt designs based on feedback.
• Excellent time management, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or animation tools is desirable.
