About the role:

 

We are on the lookout for a proactive and detail-focused IT Service Desk Analyst to become a vital member of our dedicated IT team. In this key role, you will act as the first point of contact for end-users, delivering exceptional technical support and ensuring seamless IT operations across the organisation. Your ability to troubleshoot, resolve issues promptly, and provide guidance will empower our teams to stay productive and drive business success.

 

What you’ll do:

 

  • Provide timely and professional technical support to end-users through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues across operating systems, applications, and devices.
  • Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, peripherals, and related equipment.
  • Accurately document and track support requests in the ticketing system, ensuring issues are resolved within established SLAs.
  • Develop and maintain detailed knowledge articles and documentation to improve support efficiency and self-service options.
  • Collaborate with IT team members to identify opportunities for process enhancements and system optimisations.
  • Conduct user training sessions and create clear, user-friendly manuals to empower employees with IT knowledge and self-service tools.
  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT assets, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
  • Uphold and enforce adherence to IT policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
  • Participate in system upgrades, installations, migrations, and other IT projects as required.

What we are looking for:

 

  • Proven expertise in trouble shooting & diagnostics
  • Experience with tools like ServiceNow, OS Ticket, Autotask
  • Understanding of IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, Wi-Fi configuration.
  • Strong communication skills written & verbal
  • Familiarity with tools like TeamViewer, VNC, Kaseya VSA, Datto RMM
