About the role:
Our Recruitment team is growing, and we’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join us. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering a smooth and positive candidate experience by coordinating interviews, managing communications, and supporting our recruiters and hiring managers throughout the hiring process. Your efforts will be essential in keeping our recruitment operations efficient, professional, and candidate focused.

What you’ll do:
- Support hiring managers in the recruitment funnel throughout the hiring process.
- Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and system functionality.
- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for newly hired candidates, including preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and other onboarding documents.
- Conduct candidate assessments, including phone screens and interviews, to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Utilise a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and direct sourcing, to identify and attract top talent.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate feedback.
- Organise and maintain recruitment files and documentation, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve recruitment processes and candidate experiences.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies in handling candidate information.

What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in recruitment coordination or talent acquisition role
- Experience working with Applicant tracking systems
- Good understanding of calendar management tools
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to coordinate high volumes of interviews
