About the role:

Are you organised, proactive, and looking for an exciting opportunity in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Fuel Card Administrator to join our growing team in Leeds on an initial 3-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to become a permanent position.

You’ll be part of a small, supportive team helping to deliver the launch of our first EGOTM Fuel Card and ensure smooth operations across the commercial fuel card side of the business. No two days are the same in this role it’s a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and taking initiative.

What you’ll do:

• Accurately scan and electronically file important documentation to ensure organised and accessible records.
• Print, log, and dispatch EGOTM Fuel Cards to new and existing customers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Respond to customer requests by providing accurate copy invoices in a professional and timely manner.
• Prepare, run, and maintain regular customer reports to support internal operations and client communications.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the manager and the wider team, contributing to the smooth running of the department.

What we are looking for:

• Confident using Microsoft Office and have a solid understanding of basic IT systems.
• Demonstrate strong organisational skills and can manage your time effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and take pride in delivering accurate work.
• Previous experience in a customer service role, either face-to-face or administrative
