About the role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to come into the commercial team and drive sales through our commercial offerings with scope to progress and further your career within the business. The successful candidate will either be at Sales Executive or BDM level currently or have had several years of proven success in B2B sales and looking for the next step in their career.
The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate their ability to develop new business and manage existing business within this market for the business. In addition, the candidate will be expected to continuously achieve their own sales targets, which will be focused more on larger business volumes & association deals etc. where you will manage bigger deals and bigger clients.
The successful candidate will be expected to work autonomously. Comprehensive training will be provided as well as ongoing support and coaching from piers, however, a mature and independent way of working is essential.
What you’ll do:
- Grow and manage business revenue
- Develop new businesses to grow volumes, margins & footfall in stores
- Generate own sales leads from various websites and databases
- Full 360 responsibility of account set up from closing the sale to managing the customer’s account in terms of revenue and profit
- Arrange and attend both teams and face-to-face prospect meetings where required
- Bring new ideas and innovations to the sales team
- Achieve weekly, monthly and annual sales targets
- Communicate with site managers and staff for customer referrals
- Explore new areas of business such as association deals
