About the role:

As a team member you’ll deliver Big Spud Energy, serving up our legendary loaded spuds and creating great experiences for every customer. Your role covers everything from welcoming guests and taking orders to preparing and presenting our signature dishes with care. You’ll keep service running smoothly, work closely with your team mates to maintain an upbeat and welcoming vibe, and ensure high standards of cleanliness and food safety at all times. If you’re about good vibes, good food and giving back, this role is your chance to be part of something spuddy special.

What You’ll Do – Front of House Crew

• Handle payments, explain the menu, and provide service like a natural.
• Keep waiting times down and high vibes during busy shifts.
• Keep the space clean, stocked, and looking sharp.
• Pick up new skills quickly and follow shift instructions.

What You’ll Do – Back of House Crew

• Prepare all hot and cold ingredients to recipe specs, on time, every time.
• Label and store all items correctly using FIFO and food safety practices.
• Monitor stock levels and alert managers of low or missing items.
• Keep all BOH areas clean, organised, and compliant with food hygiene regulations.
• Communicate clearly with FOH team and shift leaders on what’s ready or running low.
