About the role:
As a Team Member at Popeyes, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that the restaurant runs smoothly. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing high-quality food and excellent service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
As a team member, you will work efficiently to ensure quick order turnaround, minimising wait times and keeping customers happy, particularly during peak hours. Collaboration with your fellow team members is key to ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently throughout your shift. You’ll be responsible for processing transactions accurately, handling cash, and ensuring proper change is given or card payments are processed seamlessly. Additionally, maintaining a clean and organised drive-thru and restaurant area is essential, ensuring that all surfaces, equipment, and customer interaction spaces are always tidy and hygienic.
You'll receive comprehensive training to master all our stations—from perfecting our signature shatter crunch chicken to working the fryers and delivering exceptional guest service.
